A real lane progression.
Seven levels, every criterion written out. Your swimmer knows what they're working on today, what comes next, and what earns the move up.
Confident swimmers, calmly built.Coached, not casual: a real curriculum, named coaches, written-down levels, so every learner knows what they’re working on today, and what earns them the move up.
The promise
Three things that hold across every term, every coach, every cohort. If we ever fall short on any of them, a coordinator will tell you before you have to ask.
Seven levels, every criterion written out. Your swimmer knows what they're working on today, what comes next, and what earns the move up.
Pool-deck instructors who stay with the squad. You see the same coach in week one and in week twelve.
A written report each term: what your swimmer practised, what they've mastered, what's close, and what's next.

The term shape
The same shape every term: placement, rehearsal, mock, and a final assessment that families show up to. Calendar pinned to the family app from week one.
Placement swim. The coach sets the level, agrees the goal for the term, and books recurring lane time.
Skill check-in. A short written note via the family app, so there are no surprises at term end.
Mock assessment. Swimmers rehearse the criteria so the real one is a confirmation, not a test.
Assessment, certificate and a next-level preview, plus the invoice for the coming term.

From a family in the program
By the end of his first term he could float on his back without me holding him. By his third term he was racing his older sister. The coaches actually know the kids.
